Support Services Ltd has built two web sites for us. The first was replaced as we sought to realign our image, and to take advantage of advancements in web presentation techniques. Both websites have served us well and promoted our school in a professional manner. Shoota, the company principal, personally oversaw the development of both websites, and provided onsite training for our IT staff member. He continues to provide support when needed. The web site development process was quite painless. Shoota did a need analysis with us and built a draft site as the basis for further discussions. From there we redefined and fine tune our requirement in consultation with Shoota, before a second draft was completed. From there we decided on further changes before a final draft was completed. The process worked smoothly and we are pleased with the end product. Shoota was a pleasure to work with and I am pleased to recommend him to anyone looking for a new web site.
